Housing is one of the core activities of OIDC with
thrust laid on providing quality housing to all
income groups. In the twin Union Territories of
Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, the
development of housing infrastructure could not
keep pace with the rapid industrialisation process
witnessed in the last decade. |

To cater to the ever-increasing demand of housing
infrastructure in this area, OIDC developed a housing
complex at Silvassa, where fully developed plots
were allotted to the eligible applicants. At Diu,
we are developing a housing colony with about 140
houses. This complex is being developed as a model
colony with well-laid roads, and other infrastructural
facilities. |
